Activity Overview
State Rally is the biggest, annual state-wide Scout event in the NSW Scout calendar. This event is open to ALL Scouts in NSW.
The theme for 2026 will be - Race Against Time!
Venturers may attend as a Junior Service Leader (JSL) to assist in running the bases and activities.

State Rally 2026 will be held at Cataract Activity Centre, Baden-Powell Drive, Appin, NSW, 2560.

Activity Information
State Rally is the biggest, annual state-wide Scout event in the NSW Scout calendar. This event is open to ALL Scouts in NSW. The theme for 2026 will be - Race Against Time!
Everyone - Leaders, Venturers and Youth Members - are encouraged to come along in costume for a sensational weekend building.
Camping & Accommodation
Venturers will camp overnight in a Venturer Overnight Camp (VOC).
Venturers will sleep in hiking tents (these may be hired from 1st Narellan Scout Group). Unlike the Scouts, Venturers will sleep at the same VOC site for the duration of State Rally.
The Venturer Scout sleeping area is supervised till late in the evening and from the early hours of the morning. There are leaders close-by overnight to manage any emergencies.

Postage is available and recommended so you can have your merchandise before the event. Please note there will be very limited stock at the event so ordering online is your best option.
