Activity Information

As we have done for the last few years, 1st Narellan Scout Group will be selling fresh Christmas trees as a major fundraising activity.

Christmas trees and stands may be purchased on-line at: https://www.trybooking.com/BVUAD

This event will provide for the collection of Christmas trees purchased on-line prior to this date as well as sales on the day. This will also be an opportunity to raise funds via a BBQ and to promote the Scout Groupand the programs and activities we provide to youth.

We request some assistance from parents/carers, Scouts 13 years old and over and Venturers, please, to assist in:

  • Christmas tree sales / collection,
  • BBQ, and
  • promoting the Scout Group and the activities we do.

These will be staffed by our Leaders, parents/carers and any youth member whose parent/carer is assisting at the Christmas tree sales / BBQ - please indicate in the Operoo form below if you and/or your child will attend to assist.

Note: Youth members are NOT required to attend if their parents/carers are unable to assist at the Christmas tree sales / BBQ fundraiser. Scouts 13 years old and over, and Venturers, are encouraged to attend to assist in Christmas tree collection/sales, taking BBQ orders and staffing the promotion stand.

**Assistance by parents/carers will result in Fundraising Credits towards your child/ren's Group fees for Trek 2027.**

**As this is a Scouting event, all invested members attending are to wear full uniform.**
